The purpose of this role is to be an interface between the Australian Finance Function, Internal / External Customers and Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) in Chennai, resolving queries and undertaking tasks relating to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Cash Management.
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:- Reviewing, maintaining, and managing compliance of the Company’s credit cards, GL’s, purchase orders and FlexiPurchase.
- Aid with the compliance and review of offshored processes including recurring payment processes and database for leases and rental properties
- Reviewing, and managing compliance with maintenance and processes related to credit insurance limits and approvals
- Assisting regional and head office staff with resolution of issues relating to Open Text and offshore teams
- Solving problems, investigating, and resolving issues relating to the P2P, O2C, Credit Control and Australian Treasury functions
- Aid and support fellow team members to ensure completion of Accounts activities (particularly in periods of seasonal workloads) across the P2P, O2C, Credit Control and Australian Treasury functions
