Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist our Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with families and staff.Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Assist with the Accounts Payable & Receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Setting up family accounts and checking student enrolment information
- Maintain strong relationships with families and internal stakeholders
About you - Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative environment
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work within a minimum of supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills and proven conflict resolution skills sufficient to handle difficult situations
- Ability to liaise with students, parents and fellow staff members
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to working in a team environment and multi-skilling
- Knowledge of Accounts payable operations desirable
