Hays Recruitment have partnered with a well known organisation, based in the Ballarat region, that are about to undertake a project within the finance division and now require two additional Finance Officers to assist in the implementation of a new software system.
Your new role
Your main duty will be assisting with the implementation of system enhancements and process changes as required by identifying organisational issues, developing recommendations for review and assisting with any requirements from the Finance Team
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, 2 Plus years as a finance Officer
- Degree Qualified or working towards a degree
- Experience in assisting with new Software Implementation within the Finance Sector
- Ability to learn and pick up new software systems
- Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy
