This is a great opportunity to apply and develop your organisational abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment and skilfully use your judgement to manage and prioritise a high volume of work related to L&D, WHS and Cadet and Graduate programs.
You will be a motivated and capable individual with sound judgement combined with strong analytical and communication skills. Your success requires the ability to apply your attention to detail, strong written interpersonal skills, communication and liaison skills to support our L&D and WHS teams, and Cadet and Graduate program.
You will have experiences working with electronic media and HR systems and demonstrated skills in researching, gathering and analysing data and information.

About the Branch
As part of the Corporate and Governance Division, the Human Resources Branch partner with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high quality and seamless service. The Branch also has responsibility to develop and embed contemporary people and culture practices and manage and co-ordinate specific projects/programs. Human Resources provide high-level consultancy advice on complex strategic HR issues to support out Corporate Direction.
Hours per fortnightUp to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.
Desirable RequirementsA relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
