Booking payments
Daily receipting of money received via various methods (Payment Gate, EFT credit card, Enett, BPAY, direct credit) logging information into Qin and producing daily receipting reports
Processing refunds via the various methods, obtaining the required levels of approval from Management for EFT and cheque payments
Export of data from Qin into Sun System for all money receipted
Exporting BSP entries from Qin into Sun System
Exporting from Qin the visa cheques into Sun System
If you have a background in accounts payable and receivable we want to hear from you, a hybrind work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home and a great salary of $75k plus super will be on offer.
