What you'll do:
You'll be diving into various tasks, but your primary focus will be supporting the AP/AR function and lending a hand wherever needed. This could mean ensuring invoices are processed accurately and paid promptly, reconciling Accounts Payable accounts diligently, managing reimbursements in line with company policy, overseeing the Motor Vehicle Fleet and credit card facilities from start to finish, and keeping track of Premise & Motor Vehicle Lease schedules. You'll also assist with GL processing and reconciliations, contribute to detailed monthly Management Reporting for Senior Management, provide administrative and transactional support for Accounts Receivable as necessary, handle daily branch bank deposits and reconciliations, address both internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally, and help out with any other tasks that pop up along the way.
Who you are:
You're a finance professional with a diverse skill set at the officer level, eager to expand your expertise and advance in the field of finance. Alongside this, you possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Australia.
