The role will predominantly be reviewing an extensive body of data and tasks will include:
- - Utilising credit knowledge
- - Reconciliation & processing of payments (high volume during month 1)
- -Investigating and reversing/allocating monies to the correct customer account
- - Using your investigative experience
- - Experience within payments space
- - Reviewing extensive data set
- - Credit Management Experience
- - Excel (intermediate), use of a CRM although training will be provided
- - Can work as part of a team
- - Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- - Excellent problem solving skills
- -Ability to communicate outcomes
- - Collates information to provide input into reports to create visibility to management on the status, issues and outcomes of data analysis
