About the Role:
6-month contract position, reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivable - Process daily invoices, credit notes and handle customer enquiries
- Accounts Payable - processing of invoices and processing of expense claims
- Debt collection
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Other duties as outlined by the Financial Controller.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Finance Officer experience performing AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations, Payroll and General Ledger
- Familiarity with MS Office products including a proficiency with MS Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional, friendly and solution focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people and build relationships across the organisation
- Experience using Xero or other similar finance systems
- Understanding of GST and other relevant legislations
