This role will support the Financial Regulatory Reporting Manager to report Financial based regulatory Returns to the Regulators. This role will be working closely with the team to ensure governance matters are well managed across the Reg COE (including escalations, resubmissions, change requests, documentation of Regulatory Reporting business rules, interpretations, assumptions and related registers).
The role is part of the Financial Control (FC) community of practice, with principal accountabilities being:
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and Regulatory Reporting requirements
- Implementation and monitoring of the Group’s accounting policies and internal control frameworks
- Integrity of the numbers by delivering accurate, reliable and timely financial information
- Driving Future of Finance simplification agenda, ensuring consistency with objectives and a focus on continuous improvement
- Embedding a strong governance culture

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Management, Commerce, and CPA or Chartered Accountant qualified.
- Extensive experience in Regulatory Reporting or statutory reporting within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in core tools including Excel/PPT, Sharepoint, and in team/work management software (e.g., Confluence).
- Engaged people and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
