The Role:
As a Field Service Technician at Evolve North, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical support and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting repairs, maintenance, and installations on coffee machines and equipment.
- Implementing best practice procedures and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Recording service logs and collaborating with the team.
- Ensuring availability of spare parts and managing service inventory.
- Handling customer calls about breakdowns and performing preventative services.
- Maintaining machines in good working order and managing backup machines.
- Performing machine checks per service schedule and company processes.
- Complying with WH&S policies and operating vehicles/equipment safely.
- Managing daily service jobs, inventory, and service area tidiness.
Requirements:
To be considered for this key position, you must have:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician with a focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, particularly with technical equipment.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with customers at all levels.
- A stable career history demonstrating progression and personal growth.
- Minimum requirement Test & Tag qualification.
- Victorian Driver's License and valid working visa.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the coffee market or a passion for the coffee industry.
- Experience in servicing and repairing commercial espresso machines.
- Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing electro-mechanical systems.
- Competency in using a computer.
