If you are an experienced FinanceSystems Analyst, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for assistingwith the delivery and support of Finance related systems across all PHI APACand EMEA bases. Reporting to the Director, IT –APAC & EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the IT andFinance departments and the Company as a whole.Responsibilities of the roleinclude:System Maintenance Providesupport for the Ramco Finance system and ongoing system upgrades. Managethe system administration of Ramco Finance, Onestream, Visual Lease, Visa, andExpense system. Designand implement internal system controls to provide quality assurance overfinancial data. Developand/or improve standard and ad-hoc reporting functionality for all financemodules. Assistmanagement and accountants to provide training and mentoring to staff in theunderstanding and use of the financial systems. Planand implement modelling functionality to assist accountants and management withanalysis for long term and annual planning processes. Workwith key (global) stakeholders to understand requirements and opportunities toimprove current and future processes in relation to our financial systems. Supportthe Finance team with any ad-hoc tasks, requests from the business and projectwork. Project WorksLeadand support projects that enhance the ability of PHI APAC and EMEA to deliverits financial function. Providecomplete hand-over including documented processes of any financial systemimprovements to the relevant owner in the finance team. Prepareproject reporting detailing project status, issues, and upcoming milestones forboth internal and external stakeholders. Conductproject retrospectives and implement lessons learned to improve futureprojects. Workcollaboratively with colleagues and contractors from across the globe to ensurethe successful delivery of projects for APAC & EMEA regions.
