The role:
This is a commission-based role with a market leading income split that I have never seen before that is second to none, and your earnings are uncapped so the sky’s the limit!

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining industry membership and qualifications (personal and professional development)
- Forming and building relationship with referral partners
- Developing and building strong relationships with new clients
- Qualifying and packaging loan submission
- Maintaining relationship with clients and referral partners
- Maintaining meticulous tracking on client’s database
- Performing bi-yearly check in with existing clients
To be successful in the role you will excel in the following areas:
- Sales experience and excellent customer service
- Strong self/time management skills & ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Have high attention to details
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations and KPI's
- Be comfortable working in a commission only-role and able to set goals to achieve financial success
- Have a great presentation and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills (especially over the phone)
- A high degree of competency in computers and online web-based applications
- Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Applicants currently working in finance will be viewed favourably.
Qualifications:
- Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (this is essential and only applicants with this will be considered)
