We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum Cert IV in Mortgage Broking qualification, preferably backed by 2 years or more of experience in commercial and residential lending.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client relationships, assessing their mortgage needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financials to determine suitable lending options.
- Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting mortgage lending.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage application process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in mortgage broking.
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert IV in Mortgage Broking qualification, preferably diploma qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential lending, preferably with 2 years or more in a similar role.
- Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA) required.
- Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lenders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ambitious and driven to succeed, with a desire to grow into an equity share partner role.
