Job Description
As the Financial Accountant, and reporting in to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Bank reconciliations, P&L and Balance sheet hard closing for month end reporting for global offices including exposure to FX with reporting in different currencies
- Work closely with Managing Director daily on cash flow oversight and liaise with suppliers in this regard across several countries
- Preparation of FBT, as well as quarterly GST lodgements
- Sales Tax including preparation of workpapers to provide to external accountant's office
- Sales staff commission reporting & expense reimbursement oversight for 4 global offices
- Quarterly & Annual Vendor reporting for a portfolio of large global customers
- International tax return lodgements in multiple countries including exposure to tax/deductibility rules for each
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions
- Process improvement and innovation
You will be CA/CPA Qualified or nearing completion, with at least 3 years' professional experience. You will have exceptional communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm. You have strong MS Excel skills as well as a high attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
