The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:The Financial Accountant plays a pivotal role in realising Wesfarmers Health's Vision and advancing the Finance department's objectives through excellence in service delivery, strategic business insights, meticulous information management, and effective risk mitigation.The Financial Accountant's primary responsibilities include working across Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Rebates, and Employee Expense Management.Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end financial operations
• Financial reporting & analysis
• Compliance and support
• Process improvement

What you'll bring:

• 3-4 years' experience in a relevant accounting role in a medium to large business.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and functions.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Team-oriented with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce or equivalent qualification.
