Trust Accountant | Financial Services |Hybrid/Remote

Job Description:· Broad role· Exciting and growing company· Progression to grow within the businessThe CompanyAn exciting opportunity within a growing non-bank lenderThe RoleThe purpose of the Trust Accountant role is to ensure accurate and timely trust accounting and month-end reporting, reconciliation and initiation of transactions.In addition, the role will support the other accounting and operation activities related to the Trust entities (Special Purpose Vehicles).

• Reconciliation of daily loan to bank transactions for Warehouse and Securitisation Trust accounts, as well as various Trust collection bank accounts relating to lending systems.
• Preparation of daily cash payments
• Prepare Trust bank account (and other) reconciliations, including GL coding.
• Support Operations team with processing of financial adjustments (if required) in the mortgage platform.

• CPA or CA Qualified
• Experience in an accounting role with exposure to managing Trust Accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
