Muse Pilates is a rapidly growing business with 11 locations over 3 regions and 2 states, with huge growth plan as we head into our franchising journey.

We are looking for someone who takes a great level of pride in their work, who has great attention to detail, is hard working and always thinking about ways to improve the systems, process and the business in general. 

In this role you will manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll functions, annual audits, as well as franchise accounting processes. The role will be reporting directly to the CEO and General Manager. 

Experience with Xero is a must and you will proven experience in a Financial Accounting role, with an understanding of complex company structures and be able to work across multiple payroll entities. 

You will have a strong understanding of and experience with budgeting, forecasting, GST, FBT, income tax and have either CA or CPA qualifications with 5 years experience. 

You will be an excellent communicator, have extraordinary time management skills, ownership of work, experience with Xero, Google sheets and Excel. 

This role is a full-time, hybrid role with a mix of working from our Newcastle office and with the flexibility to work from home some days of the week.
