Your new role You will play a key role in the finance team, taking ownership of the sales and margin accounting, reporting and analysis, as well as general financial accounting duties, which include:
Month-end reconciliations
Monthly analysis of rebates and impact on margins
Collaborating with the sales and commercial teams
Reporting and analysis of monthly KPIs
Monthly financial and management reporting
Assisting with audit, budgeting and forecasting
What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be a CPA/CA qualified Financial Accountant, accustomed to working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at any level. You will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines whilst also being willing to use your initiative to drive process improvements.
