The role
Whether you’re about to commence your financial advice qualification or completing your professional year, we have an exciting new opportunity in our team.
What to expect
- You will be responsible for preparing regular review reporting for clients, assisting with advice documents and managing investment transactions and payments.
- You will have the chance to work closely with our experienced advisors - including being involved in strategy development, financial modelling and participating in client meetings.
- You will enjoy structured training and coaching – including an in-depth one-on-one induction program; and ongoing training including technical strategies, client service and client communication. You’ll learn things at Multiforte that you won’t learn in most advisory firms.
- You can choose to work full time or part time – we know the value of a healthy work-life balance, so there is room to shape your work and personal time to match your life.
- While we come together on a regular basis for planned times of in-person work, our team mostly work from home. You can be based in Sydney or the Central Coast or somewhere in between.
- You will join a great team and enjoy attractive incentives and rewards.
What matters
- To always do your best work. 100 percent.
- To prize accuracy and take care of every little detail.
- To work closely as part of our team. Do your fair share of the work. And expect this in return.
- To be honest.
- To be able to engage with our clients personally. Appreciate their concerns. Resolve their issues promptly with expertise, speed and grace.
- To help us innovate, improve and grow.
What we’re looking for
- Accuracy - you care about getting this right first time, every time.
- Technical know-how - particularly investment and super. As well as being keen to learn more.
- Hardworking can-do attitude - while working as part of a top team is not easy, it is very rewarding. If you can take on a challenge and see it through, you will be a good fit.
- Office experience – you must have at least three years working in an office or corporate environment – maybe in a banking or superannuation firm, or a financial advice or accounting practice.
- Client service experience – at least two years handling client administration (investment, super or insurance), financial transactions, customer support or client service in a financial services setting.
- Genuine interest in helping clients to make great money and financial decisions to live their best life.
