HLB Wealth Management (Wollongong) provides advice to a broad range of clients with its primary purpose to build and protect it's client's wealth.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual who can support our clients and advisers in all administrative areas required, which includes:
- Assistance with the implementation of SOA/ ROAs and co ordinating the advice documentation process, including transacting on client portfolios and maintenance of client file
- All aspects of customer service with clients and intermediaries
- Direction to administrative staff and VAs (offshore staff)
- Ad hoc requests as may be made to assist Partners
About you
The key to this role is working efficiently in a team environment, having excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and a strong willingness to learn.
Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in wealth finance industry.
