Financial Adviser

The young and dynamic team provides specialist holistic advice including investments, superannuation, SMSF, retirement planning, home loans and personal risk insurance. 

Opportunity
As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for assessing the financial needs of clients and recommending appropriate strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the plan and making any necessary adjustments along the way.

Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking someone who is extremely well organised, has strong communication skills and has strong attention to detail. The right candidate will have a good understanding of holistic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to new clients;
• Creating and finalising SOAs;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand manner;
• Manage and maintain client relationships, including meeting regularly with clients to review their financial plans and make necessary adjustments;
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including providing clients with appropriate disclosures and ensuring all advice provided is in their best interests; AND
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Go-getter with passion for financial planning;
• Holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Financial Planning or FASEA approved course;
• Experience as a Financial Adviser providing holistic advice or have met the current FASEA standards to work as a Financial Adviser;
• Have either attained (or are working towards) a Master of Financial Planning or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is highly regarded; AND
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or planner, with a successful track record of providing financial planning services to clients.
