Are you ready to be a part of a flourishing financial planning practice during a significant period of expansion? Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Advisor to contribute to the continued success of their business.
In this role, you will take on the responsibility of an existing advice client book and play a pivotal role in establishing enduring client relationships. Supported by robust back-office assistance, including Paraplanning and administration support, you will have the necessary tools to excel in your role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- FASEA approved Bachelor's degree or higher in financial planning, finance, economics, or a related field.
- FASEA Compliance.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience in onboarding new clients and handling leads.
- Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive financial planning advice, focusing on superannuation and insurance.
- Manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business through leads and referrals.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in dealing with clients and during the onboarding process.
- Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all customers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior/provisional advisers.
- Demonstrate exceptional client relationship and rapport-building capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry/market knowledge.
