The position will be onboarding/managing 100-150 intern medical clients working closely with the Partners.

You will be responsible for providing financial advice to an established book of clients as well as growing the book.

Strong systems, processes, and backend support, including digital engagement, enable the highly experienced administration team to allow advisors to focus on the value-add tasks for their clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Managing and providing holistic advice to clients.
- Successfully develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings face to face as well as via phone / zoom.
- Onboard new clients.
- Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans.
- Delegation of non-advisory follow up work to the client services team.
- Engage with new referrals to establish their financial needs and offer wealth management support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to investigate suitable client strategies and recommendations.
- Uphold high professional standards.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree
- Hold appropriate financial planning qualifications and working toward FASEA education requirements, including FASEA exam and TPB requirements.
- Be able to conduct robust goals-based conversations with clients.
- Have an excellent compliance and record keeping approach to financial planning.
- Display a strong understanding of the technical aspects of wealth and insurance strategies.
- Have a passion for wanting to help improve the lives of our clients.
