The Role
Working closely with the owner, the primary focus of your role is providing on-going strategic advice and initiatives to facilitative business growth and strong financial management.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Financial management, cash flow management
- Reporting and compliance
- Implementation of initiatives/projects
- Leadership of a small professional team
- Management of key relationships - banking, accounting, legal
- Budgeting and forecasting
Experience Required
The preferred candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and will have depth of professional experience.
Ideally, you will have prior experience/exposure to contracting services (building/construction/project management) and associated accounting and finance knowledge.
In addition, to your technical skills, you will possess leadership capabilities and personal drive.
