Financial Insights Officer

• $90,737.75 to $106,766.12 per annumplus superannuation.

The City is seeking a Financial Insights Officer to become part of the Strategic Finance team and support our managers by delivering financial advice and financial management information.

Reporting to the Strategic Management Accountant, the role includes

• Providing data and information that supports strategic business decisions and helps develop budgeting and management reporting processes across the City.
• Contribute to the development of timely, relevant and accurate budget and management reports.
• Assist in the creation of financial models to predict business performance and undertake scenario modelling to make informed decision making

 About you:

To succeed in this role you will be experienced in general financial tasks with management accounting knowledge. You will work closely with our internal customers and accountants to achieve the desired outcomes and provide advice and support to the team as required.
