This established accounting and Financial Planning practice is looking for an Administrator with previous experience in a financial services administration role.
Your new role
- Managing client accounts, including account setups, transfers, and maintenance
- Filling financial forms accurately and in a timely manner
- Client interaction
- Assisting the Financial Advisor and wider team in daily administration duties
- Ensuring client files are compliant and up to date
- Data entry
- Preparing paperwork and presentations for client meetings
- Follow up on client correspondence
- Maintaining client electronic files
- General office support functions
- Other relevant administrative duties as requested
What you'll need to succeed - Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a financial services admin role
- Great communication skills and enjoy working within a high-energy, extroverted team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work 5 days per week in the office in the inner suburbs, 9am-5pm
