Our client is a growing and dynamic accounting firm seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their friendly team. Key responsibilities of the position are:
- Management of client database using XPlan;
- Document and files management
- Assisting in setting up datafeeds to XPlan
- Managing mailout to clients
- General administration duties, including photocopying, scanning, and binding
- Assisting the team with new projects
- Assisting with the preparation of information for SoA
- Maintaining a neat and tidy office environment
Skill requirements for this position are:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products -Bsic
- Experience in using XPlan will be highly regarded but not essential
- Experience working for an accounting or Financial Planning firm will be highly regarded!!!
- Excellent phone manner;
- Strong attention to detail;
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
