The Role
As the Client Service Administrator (CSA), you'll work as part of a team of 3 who support and back up the Financial Advisors, providing high quality service to their long term, prospective and new clients. Assist with all administration as you organise and prepare for client meetings, liaise with clients to gather information, update client files and assist in the implementation of advice and preparation of documents etc.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre and post review meetings with clients
- Prepare files, documentation and checklists for client review meetings
- Process new and existing client application forms
- Liaise with Accountants, Lawyers and Stockbrokers to gather information as required
- Assist with the implementation of SOA's
- Produce quarterly reports for upcoming client reviews
- Update and maintain client information in CRB and Sharepoint (establish new files, record & update review dates etc)
- Mailbox collection/drop-off
- Placing trades for client portfolios
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and noted
This is a niche role for a thorough administrator, who's looking for a stable environment within the financial services sector. You'll need to have similar, relevant experience supporting Financial Advisors within a financial advisory/wealth management firm (Intermediate MS Office a must). If you're looking for career progression, this could also be a great stepping stone into an Associate Advisor role down the track.
