Our team has an opportunity available for a career-focused and experienced Client Relationship Manager where you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best experience possible. You will champion the retention of existing clients and the onboarding of new clients ensuring the best possible ongoing service & experience.
Whilst you will be responsible for delivering our high-quality client service offering, you will have the opportunity to add your own touches, ensuring each client has a personalised and memorable experience.

Who You are:
- An Experienced Customer Relationship Manager. Your sole career purpose is to deliver outstanding service whilst simultaneously deepening personal relationships and you “love a good chat” with your clients.

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years experience within financial advice as a CRM.
- Experience in working in a multifaceted team.
- Experience using Xplan.
- A track record of going above and beyond the “job description”.
- Energy and endurance.
- Positive and happy attitude.
- Confident with systems including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Eagerness for continuing your professional development and learning.
