Bob Reus & Co, a well established & well respected local Accounting & Financial Planning firm located in Engadine NSW are looking for a new member to join our growing team.
This position is based on full time hours within an innovative and professional business.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting our Financial Planning team with all administration & compliance requirements. You will be required to liaise with our clients in a professional manner, work within the team & liaise with third party product providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients
- Ongoing communication with third party product providers
- Process & upload documentation to third party product providers
- Process & upload documentation to meet compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team
- Cover reception on occasions
Skills and Experience required:
- The ability to multi-task, problem solve & think critically
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly, proactive and can-do attitude
- Be well organised and highly motivated
- A sound understanding in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and databases)
- Willingness to take instructions and use initiative to learn
- Able to handle pressure and complete tasks
- Experience with Xplan & Handisoft software will be seen as superior
