PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a well-known and reputable Mid-tier Accounting firm, seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their Outsourced CFO Team.

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of clients, gaining valuable commercial experience and exposure to various sectors. You'll play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable financial information, enabling our clients to make informed decisions and focus on running their businesses.
Snapshot of duties:
- Assist with the accurate management of The General Ledger for clients, reviewing and preparing financial information as required.
- Prepare bespoke financial reports and presentations for management and boards.
- Handle statutory Financial Reporting for key dates.
- Assist clients in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage compliance obligations including annual reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
- Degree qualification, CA or CPA qualified or working towards.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
