This newly created systems role is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected and highly successful FMCG group with significant global operations. You will have the opportunity to be involved in exciting projects, drive strategic finance systems decisions and improve process efficiencies.
The role will partner closely with key stakeholders in the finance team and business operations team. You will have the capacity to drive value adding decisions, positively impact to the business as they look to further develop and grow the business.
The Challenge
Working closely with the CFO this role will support Finance through the management of the ERP system and system interfaces.
This includes the delivery of key stakeholder reporting, ongoing systems transformation and improvements whilst ensuring the integrity of the finance systems, associated business processes and workflows.
Specifically some of your responsibilities will include:
- Governance across all systems and system interfaces
- Lead in the development of SAP and establish, amend and support system processes
- Ensuring integrity of systems by understanding end to end system landscape and business processes
- Data governance
- Drive and manage the ongoing integration and optimisation of finance systems and processes
- Develop, enhance and extend the financial and management reporting, planning and data analysis through the use of the BI reporting platform and ERP system
- Oversee and support the preparation of Financial Reporting, forecasting and analysis
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Tertiary degree in finance, CA or CPA desirable
- 6+ years’ post qualification experience in a similar role largely gained in a project based or professional services environment
- Experienced with SAP and BI/BO as an analysis tool
- Well developed stakeholder management skills including confident interaction with CFO's and divisional General Managers
- High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving utilising digital technologies in financial modelling, advanced excel and understanding of accounting principles
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions
- Solid knowledge of process and process improvement
