Role Purpose:
The Financial Services Administrator role sits within Client Operations who are responsible for the Client Service and Administration for the retail and wholesale funds offered by our business as well as the annuity, superannuation and allocated pension products offered by the Life Company.

In providing these services we manage enquiries and transaction requests from investors and their financial planners or Executors and appointed legal parties for Deceased Estate Claims. The aim is to provide a consistently high level of customer service which exceeds the expectations of our clients while adhering to our goals of efficiency and accuracy.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure achievement of the Client Operations Vision: “Challenge what is possible”

Role Responsibilities:
Managing written and telephone enquiries and requests from Executors, Solicitors and Lawyers.
Maintaining accurate registry system records.
Maintenance of client record requirements for follow up and ensuring appropriate documentation is received.
Support the Client Service Team regarding client queries.
Complete all registry system alterations, generate written correspondence, and complete all processing requirements relating client enquiries. This includes follow-up action where appropriate.
Ensure the integrity of data is kept high allowing client transactions to be processed accurately whilst adhering to the companies service standards
Timely and accurate resolution of enquires - both internally and externally.
Produce and send correspondence to clients within service standards.
Participating in special projects as required.
Make responsible decisions within limits of authority to resolve minor difficulties and devise solutions to unique problems.

Role Requirements:
Customer service experience
High level data entry/keyboard skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Sound understanding of and interest in the financial services industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound PC Literacy and ability to cope with several applications
Degree in a Finance/Commerce/Law related discipline (desired but not necessary)
Financial Services industry experience advantageous
