Your new role
Working between their Sunshine Coast office and the site office, this role will encompass all aspects of contracts admin using Procore. You will support the Project manager with procuring trades, materials, and scheduling works. You will also process variations, progress claims, prepare PO’s, maintain registers, and more noting; this is a CA role with basic and higher-level duties, how complex depends on your abilities. Ideally this role will suit an intermediate CA, happy with more basic tasks, but keen for progression. That said CA’s with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Contract Administrator working on Commercial Construction Projects for a principal contractor. Experience with Unit developments is preferred, while strong communication skills and a “can-do” work attitude are essential. A tertiary qualification, such as a Degree in Construction Management or Diploma would be well regarded, as would CA experience with a Trade background. Only applicants with Australian experience will be considered, while a connection to the Sunshine Coast is preferred.
