Shartru Wealth Management is a Dealer group in the financial planning industry who are well-established in the market and are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Financial Services Officer to join their team.
You will join our team in a traineeship administration position and have a desire for career growth and development opportunities.

In this full-time role, you will undertake off the floor study time to successfully complete your qualification, you will work collaboratively with experienced Wealth Management professionals and senior staff members and help a growing business operate more efficiently.

The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate 111 in Financial Services under the guidance of and with support from the Senior Team Members.
Joining the Shartru Wealth Financial Services team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- The ability to ensure excellent interpersonal skills are provided to clients
- General Office Finance Administration - answering & directing incoming phone calls, actioning incoming mail & directing to team members, maintaining general office cleanliness
- Database administration
- Administering applications for client strategies
- The ability to work with Senior Financial Planners to providing support as required
- Maintaining communication platforms
- Ability to interpret and apply both industry and organisation procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Booking travel as required for senior Advisers
- Booking Meetings for Advisers when required
