ABOUT THE ROLE:
O'Neill & Brown Fire Service are looking for Fire Door Technicians to join our growing team. If you would like to join our team and have the below qualifications, please apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Fire Industry
- Trade Qualifications or experience in a similar role preferred
- White Card
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Completed Working with Asbestos Course
- Completed Crystallin Silica Exposure Prevention Course
- Current Drivers Licence
To be considered for the role you must:
- Carry out testing of Fire Doors to AS1851 standards
- Maintenance Repairs to Fire Doors
- Replacement of moving parts
- Replacement of fire rated and non fire rated doors
- Liaise with customers/clients
- Liaise with management and staff
- Strong communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Be able to do overtime as required
- Adherence to workplace health and safety standards
