ARA Fire is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned Fire Protection and Detection companies. Our Western Australian branch located in Balcatta is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced person to join our dynamic team to assist in our day to day operations.
ARA Fire are looking to employ a suitable person to be their Minor Works Supervisor/coordinator/estimator. Works to include but not limited to:
- You will be responsible for the daily running & scheduling of our minor works sprinkler techs reporting to the minor works manager.
- To plan, organise, control, deliver and close out Minor Works Projects to meet and exceed project objectives in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Assurance (QA), Financial (including revenue, profitability and cash flow) and Productivity whilst maintaining customer satisfaction through design, fabrication, supply, installation (labour both direct and indirect), commissioning and project documentation.
- Assist in estimating and pricing projects, liaising and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
Remuneration – to be subject to experience ; Company car provided
This person shall have the following experience and qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in the project supervision industry
- Experience in the Fire Industry (Preferably Wet Fire)
- High level supervisory and people skills.
- A high degree of demonstrated customer focus
- High level contract administration skills.
- PC literacy with a working knowledge of, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft project, AutoCAD (non essential) and Financial systems.
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s license
