We are a service provider of First Aid Responders, Sports Trainers, Umpires & Referees and Coaches for sports events and competitions across Australia. Established in 2023, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of players, from school to semi-professional levels, by offering professional and reliable support for events.
We are hiring casual First Aid Responders in Western Australia, specifically near the Armadale area, to work alongside our team and uphold the health and safety of school sports competitions, local and community sports events and more.
Due to the ongoing growth of our company, we are recruiting experienced, reliable, and professional First Aid Responders to ensure we can meet the demands of our client schools, semi-professional sporting clubs and community sports competitions.
About you:
We are looking for outgoing, fun, and enthusiastic people to join our team. You will be reliable, confident and an open communicator. You must be considered flexible and willing to travel to different suburbs of Western Australia. You must also be available to work at least 10 hours per week and on weekends.
The First Aid Responder position is designed and suitable for Years 1 or 2 Student Paramedics, Nurses and Med Students who hold a First Aid Certificate with CPR training and Working with Children Check.
About the role – First Aid Responder:
- Be prepared to respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or accidents during our clients’ sporting events. You are comfortable assessing the situation rapidly, providing appropriate first-aid treatments, and supporting injured individuals.
- Administer basic medical care such as wound care, bleeding control, bandaging, splinting, and managing minor injuries like sprains, strains and bruises.
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and operation of external defibrillators (AED) confidently and efficiently, if necessary.
- Conduct initial assessments of injuries to determine the severity and necessary course of action. Make decisions about whether additional medical attention is required and, if necessary, coordinate transportation to medical facilities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, injuries and treatments provided during our clients’ sporting events.
- Effectively communicate with players, coaches, event organisers and other staff members to ensure a coordinated response and appropriate follow-up procedures.
- Regularly inspect and restock your First Aid kit and medical supplies to ensure they are up-to-date and fully equipped for emergencies.

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate & CPR Training
Desirable:
- Paramedicine, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy students
- Driver’s licence
- Flexibility to travel across different suburbs of Western Australia.
