In this role, you will deliver high-quality and accredited training to our valued clients across Perth and surrounding areas, both online and in person.
As a First Aid/CPR Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for providing engaging and informative training sessions to our students, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to respond to emergencies. Your role will deliver theory and practical training, including hands-on simulations, to ensure our students are well-prepared for real-life situations. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable in front of a group, and be able to present confidently.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and informative First Aid training to class participants both online and face-to-face
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise in First Aid/CPR to equip students with essential life-saving skills
- Incorporating innovative teaching strategies to facilitate student learning and qualification achievement
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the First Aid Training Package and industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- TAE40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent) OR actively studying toward this qualification
- Prior training experience or transferrable skills from the medical field
- First Aid Training Package Knowledge - Industry Currency
- Confident and effective communication skills, able to present material in a clear, concise & engaging manner
- Comfortable in front of a group and able to deliver training in a confident manner
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel to training locations
- Hold or are willing to obtain an ABN for invoicing
