Safety Direct Solutions Pty Ltd (SDS) is a registered Training Organisation (RTO #51632) who through the Operations Division, employs Emergency Response, Emergency Service Officers as well as Paramedics to provide services on our client’s onshore mining and offshore Oil & Gas sites across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients depend on our team to prepare, respond to and effectively manage any emergency situation.

The Position
We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals, to provide high quality training.
The SDS suite of Health Care courses include and are not limited to:
- First Aid / CPR
- Advanced First Aid
- Advanced Resuscitation
- Certificate IV in Health Care
- Diploma of Emergency Health Care
- AOD Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
- IV Cannulation
- 12 Lead ECG
- Occupational First Aid
- Pain Management
- Remote First Aid
- Remote Medicine
- Spinal Management
- CPD programs
Training will be delivered at our head office in Balcatta and throughout Western Australia with the possibility of some interstate travel.
Essential Criteria
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care or higher
- Previous Paramedic or operational experience in the pre-hospital environment
- Self-motivated and able to drive excellence in a team environment
- Ability to demonstrate currency of industry skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in training and assessment
- High level of organisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Provide a National Police clearance
- A current Australian driver’s license is required
- Ability to successfully provide a Working with Children check
