We are looking to hire fish filleters.
We are seeking candidates that are willing to learn and able to perform as part of a dynamic team.
Your Duties Will Include:
- skinning, pin-boning, portioning, scaling, filleting & gill/gutting fish
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- experience in seafood processing & filleting all different types of seafood
- strict hygiene & OH&S practices
General start times for staff are around 4 am to 6 am
