Our ideal applicant for this position has:

• Certificate IV in Fitness or higher
• Certificate IV Training and Assessment 
• 2+ years’ experience working in the fitness industry

Campus Teachers 

• Motivate and educate people who are excited to become a Fitness professional.
• Deliver face-to-face classes and workshops (usually 3hrs at a time)
• Deliver First Aid qualifications as part of the gym instructor course.
• Train, mark, and assess students in class and online.

Campus Coordinators

• Senior Campus Teacher, and leader of other teachers at your campus.
• Support students in and out of class.
• Work with inter-department team members to achieve goals. 
• Coordinating the campus to ensure the campus is equipped and organised to function effectively.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and effective classroom/campus including organising equipment and maintenance 
• Teach face-to-face Fitness classes at their campus and oversee the marking of assessments from students at their campus and online.
