About your new role
The Fitness Team Leader at Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is responsible for the leadership and delivery of innovative health and fitness programs, based on quality member services and interactions both directly and through leading a team of Fitness professionals. The position focuses on achieving and maintaining high retention levels of health and fitness members, as well as assisting and supporting the customer service team to attract new members.

We're looking for people who have:
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing team members to deliver high quality fitness programs.
- Two to three years working in the fitness industry with experience promoting and driving membership growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Pride in your work and dedication to making a positive contribution to your community.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with people at all levels.
- Previous frontline management experience dealing directly with public.
- Proven experience in promoting and adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements, standards, policies, and processes.
