Purpose of the Role
As our new Team Leader Service, you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team of Service Consultants to meet business targets, and working alongside the wider Service team to build strong engagement and a quality customer experience.
Position Accountabilities

- Coach and mentor your team by building relationships with individual team members including setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback and fostering learning opportunities

- Help team members connect their day-to-day work with the companies purpose
- Be responsible for managing team members in accordance with company policies & employment laws
Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to create winning cultures & develop high performing teams in a Service environment
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership in the workplace
- An ability to influence, develop and coach ensuring the delivery of a positive and engaged customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively identify trends and opportunities
- Sound judgment skills with the ability to interpret evaluate and disseminate information
