PIRMAC Pty Ltd t/a Pirtek Mackay is an approved business sponsor for Temporary Skills Shortage Visa's 482 & 494. We are seeking to employ a motivated person to fill a position of a General Fitter / Hose Assembler at our Mackay facility.
Strong consideration will be given to applicants who show evidence of the following;
- A trade background as a fitter with experience in Hydraulics Be able to identify & diagnose faults with machinery Remove, repair & replace components on equipment Maintain & service equipment
- Use tools and measuring devices in a safe manner
- Have a strong understanding of customer service
- Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
- Have a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Be a team player
- Prioritise to meet deadlines
- Problem solving ability
- Understand OHS and Safe Work Practices
Full product training will be provided.
