• EXPERIENCED FIELD SERVICE FITTERS (With Hydraulic Experience)

REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START

Central Qld Hydraulics Designs, Manufactures, Service and Repairs Pumps, Motors, Hyd Cylinders in our Paget Workshop.  We also Install, Commission and maintain Hydraulic and Fluidpower Systems for Mine sites in the Bowen Basin. 

THE POSITION - 

We are seeking Highly Motivated Fitters for several roles - 

Site Service Fitters and Workshop Diesel/Mechanical Fitters.  

The successful applicants will enjoy a challenge to be involved in the maintenance, repair, diagnostics and servicing of hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication equipment, Truck servicing for our customers.   Site work will also include Servicing, Test & Tagging, Flexible Hose Fabrication & Assembly, Light Fabrication and Grease Lubrication. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• Qualified Trade Certificate in Fitting & Turning, Diesel and Mechanical. 
•  Have a sound understanding of Fluidpower principles & Lubrication Systems.
• Ability to Read & Interpret Hydraulic Circuit Drawings.
• Experience in the Overhaul, Testing, Diagnosis & Repair of Hydraulic Cylinders, Motors, Pumps and Valves.
• Experience with Servicing & Maintaining Trucks, Forklifts & EWP's.
•  Excellent communication skills & Computer Competency.
• Working at Heights, Confined Space Certificates.
• Uphold our Company Values re Safety & Environmental Awareness, Respect, Integrity in a professional team environment.

BHP Inductions and Related Safety Certificates would also be an advantage.
