Our client offers a newly finished base camp with all the amenities, excellent rates and a great crew.
They have operations based in Western Queensland and FIFO through Mt Isa - only a short flight from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Meals are fully catered, accommodation is single or double and they have wet areas that are not just the pool.
We have been working with our client to provide them with a flexible workforce for their site and they have now asked us to find them a Maintenance Fitter to become part of their crew.

On Line Recruitment are currently looking for trade qualified Fitters:
Fitters perform vital functions in the establishment and maintenance of the mineral processing capability of the site. As a Fitter, you will be involved with all types of heavy machinery that are used in the mineral extraction process.
What we are looking for in a Fitter:
- Experience in maintaining processing facilities (ideally, mining)
- Skills using mills and lathes
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work closely with others as well as complete tasks independently
- Trade-qualification
- Willingness to work under FIFO conditions
