About the RoleOur client, who specialises in custom-made solutions fabricated from a wide range of materials is now on the hunt for
Fitter and Turner to join their team on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for the manufacturing of flanges and piping equipment for water and fire systems.
About YouTo be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you must possess the following:
- Previous experience as a Fitter and Turner in pumping or water systems
- Manual Lathe experience ( Swift and Binns and Berry or similar)
- Experience with TIG/MIG welding
- Broad experience in job production and working to strict deadline
Note that our client is a health and safety accredited company. Therefore, you will be required to conduct mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
The Benefits- Great Pay rate of $6/hr depending on experience
- South Gold Coast location
- Casual to permanent role for the right candidate
- 4 day roster Monday to Thursday (1.45pm to 11.45pm)
