Our producing mining operations of Beta Hunt and Higginsville are supported by two processing facilities, one on site at Higginsville and our Lakewood plant located in Kalgoorlie, providing a combined processing capacity of 2.6Mtpa.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and service processing Plant Electrical infrastructure – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits
- Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
- Actively manage maintenance planning activities and the Electrical team
- Be appointed as the Electrical Nominee
- Report to the Maintenance Superintendent on the status of key projects and day to day activities
- Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Play a key role as part of the management team in the implementation of a positive, safe and productive culture in the workplace
- Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes across the plant
- Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead by example
ABOUT YOU
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s licence
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
- Electrical Inhouse Nominee Licence issued by Electrical Licensing Board
- High Voltage accreditation (HV Switching)
- First Aid/CPR/LVR
- Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
- Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing an Electrical team
- Shut down planning and managing experience
- Sound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits; and associated infrastructure
- Have a comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)
- Proficient Microsoft office skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your team
- A can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
