- Fortescue's Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.
Roster: 7D7N14XReporting to the supervisor the mechanical fitter is responsible for high quality maintenance to the ore processing facilitues at EliwanaThe successful execution of this work will be paramount in the site achieving safety and production targets. OPF maintenace includes but not limited to, screens, conveyors, crsuhers, scrubbers and chutes.
Key Responsibilities- High safety focus and risk perception at all times
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Fortescue process and systems, including but not limited to; SAP, BMS, SAM's and Success Factors.
- Carry out planed and routine maintenance activities
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Site Standards and Regulations
- Oversee contractors on shutdown activities
Qualifications and Experience- Relevant Trade qualification
- EWP, Working at heights, confined spaces
- Competency working in processing plant, wet and dry plant maintenance
- Experience with SAP
